各相关单位：

根据《天津市机器人产业协会团体标准管理办法》相关规定，由天津阿童木机器人股份有限公司牵头提出的《驱控一体控制柜》团体标准已通过本会立项论证与审查，符合立项要求，准予立项（计划号：T/TJRIA001-2026）。

请上述团体标准申请立项单位按照GB/T 1.1-2020《标准化工作导则第1部分：标准化文件的结构和起草规则》要求，做好标准制订工作，确保质量，增强标准规范性、适用性。欢迎相关单位或个人参与上述标准项目有关工作。

如有单位及个人对该项团体标准存在异议，请在公告15日内将意见反馈至协会秘书处。

Tianjin Robotics Industry Association Organizes Members to Tianjin High-tech Zone

In order to promote industrial collaborative development and drive the upgrading and innovation of the high-end equipment industry in the High-tech Zone, recently, the Tianjin Robotics Industry Association organized member units to enter the High-tech Zone and conduct visit and exchange activities with enterprises such as Lishen Battery and Zhonghuan Advanced Semiconductor in the High-tech Zone. A symposium was also held at Zhonghuan Advanced Semiconductor. This event was jointly hosted by the High-end Equipment Bureau of Tianjin High-tech Zone and the Tianjin Robotics Industry Association, attracting many industry elites to participate.

The event started with a visit. The guests visited the intelligent workshops and lights-out factories of Lishen Battery and Zhonghuan Advanced Semiconductor. As leading enterprises in the new energy industry and the semiconductor materials industry, the two enterprises have elaborate factory area planning, advanced automated equipment, and efficient management systems. The visitors said they were deeply inspired and gained a lot.

Subsequently, the participants gathered in the conference room of Zhonghuan Advanced Semiconductor to attend the exchange symposium. Section Chief Luan Mingyue of the High-end Equipment Bureau of the High-tech Zone attended the symposium. Section Chief Luan introduced in detail the development of the leading industries in the High-tech Zone, demonstrating the strong strength and broad prospects of the High-tech Zone in the high-end equipment field, as well as the planning in the robotics industry. Gao Song, president of the Tianjin Robotics Industry Association, spoke on behalf of the association. President Gao first thanked the High-end Equipment Bureau of the High-tech Zone for its support of the association's work. At the same time, he also elaborated on the development process and achievements of the association and the main business areas of the member units, emphasizing that the association will contribute ideas for the development of the robotics industry in the High-tech Zone in terms of industrial planning and event organization, providing strong support for accelerating the innovation and technological upgrading of the regional robotics industry.

During the interactive exchange session, more than 30 representatives from association enterprises, High-tech Zone enterprises, and university representatives discussed in-depth topics such as technical cooperation, market expansion, industrial integration, and suggestions for the industrial development of the High-tech Zone. The participating enterprises all said that through this matchmaking meeting, they not only deepened their understanding of the technological advantages of the High-tech Zone enterprises but also expanded the broad space for cooperation.

The successful holding of this event has built an efficient communication platform for the member units of the Tianjin Robotics Industry Association and the enterprises in the High-tech Zone, effectively promoting the collaborative cooperation and experience and technology sharing among industries and injecting new vitality into the upgrading and innovation of the high-end equipment industry in the High-tech Zone. In the future, the two sides will continue to strengthen cooperation and jointly promote the regional robotics industry to a new height.

优秀成果评选表彰的通知

各会员及会员单位：

天津机器人大会品牌活动由天津市机器人产业协会、天津市机器人学会、天津市机器人产业技术创新战略联盟联合创办，现已成功举办四届，每届大会吸引天津市机器人学术界及产业界超 300 名学者及从业者出席，为天津市机器人行业健康快速发展起到了至关重要的作用。为落实“机器人+”应用行动实施方案（工信部联通装〔2022〕187 号）和《人形机器人创新发展指导意见》（工信部科〔2023〕193 号），普及机器人知识、繁荣机器人学科、创新机器人技术、鼓励先进，树立标杆，进一步促进天津地区机器人领域"政、产、学、研、用、金"合作，经天津市机器人学会、天津市机器人产业协会理事会研究，决定开展 2024 年优秀成果评选表彰活动，相关事项通知如下。

一、学术界设立奖项

1.优秀科研成果奖

2024 年，取得的机器人相关优秀科研成果及科研成果转化项目。

2.优秀学术论文奖

2024 年，在国内外期刊发表的机器人相关的高水平学术论文。

3.优秀学位论文奖（博士/硕士/学士）

2024 年，机器人领域优秀博士/硕士/学士学位论文。

二、产业界设立奖项

1.创新产品奖

企业持续投入研发，2024 年在产品创新方面取得突破。

2.技术突破奖

2024 年在产业共性难题方面取得突破的企业或团队。

3.标准创新突破奖

2024 年，牵头制定国家、行业、团体标准的企业。

4.国际市场卓越突破奖

2024 年在海外展会、海外订单等方面取得突破的企业。

三、产教融合创新发展优秀案例

在产教融合、校企合作方面取得显著成绩的会员及会员单位。主要围绕合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展，校企共建专业、课程、教材、实训基地，校企共同培育“双师型”教师队伍，校企协同创新人才培养模式，服务中资企业“走出去”，提升教育与区域发展的紧密度、与产业发展的适配度等方面的优秀案例。

1.评审：评审委员会由天津市机器人学会、天津市机器人产业协会的资深专家组成；评审过程坚持公平公正，宁缺毋滥，评选表彰活动为公益性质，不收取任何费用，旨在促进优秀成果的传播、转化和推广应用。

2.推荐方式：推荐和自荐相结合，推荐表见附件1，推荐表发送邮箱 trs2017@126.com、tjapip@163.com，推荐时间截止到 12 月 20 日。

3.入选项目将在第五届天津机器人大会（12 月 28 日）上，由天津市机器人学会、天津市机器人产业协会联合颁发证书，并通过公众号、社会媒体等进行宣传。

Tianjin Robotics Industry Association is Appointed as a Council Member of the Second Council of Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries

On November 26, 2024, representatives of Tianjin Robotics Industry Association attended the 40th anniversary commemorative activity of Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. This activity, with the theme of "Bridging with Friendship and Connecting with Heart", brought together various forces committed to foreign-friendly exchanges and cooperation.

During the activity, Tianjin Robotics Industry Association, by virtue of its influence in the robotics industry and its active performance in promoting international exchanges and cooperation, was approved upon review and appointed as a council member of the second council of Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. This appointment is not only an affirmation of the association's past work but also provides a brand-new opportunity for the association to further expand its international vision and strengthen foreign cooperation.

As the leader and promoter of Tianjin's robotics industry, the association has always been committed to promoting the stable development of member units in both domestic and foreign markets. 关于公示2024年天津市工业机器人产品企标“领跑者”参评企业标准信息的通知

各有关单位：

为落实天津市标准化委员会办公室印发的《实施企业标准“领跑者”制度行动计划》（津标委办发〔2021〕1号）要求，扎实开展企业标准“领跑者”工作，大力培育企业标准“领跑者”。按照《天津市实施企业标准“领跑者”制度的工作方案》，我单位作为工业机器人产品的评估机构，拟将企业标准信息公共服务平台自我声明的相关企业标准纳入评估范围，现将纳入评估范围的22项企标予以公示。公示期截止日期为2024年11月27日。

公示期间不愿或不适宜参加企业标准“领跑者”评估的企业，经沟通确认后将不参加评估。

The “Guide for Tianjin Robot Enterprises to Go Global" event 2.0 was successfully held

On October 15, 2024, to celebrate the arrival of World Standards Day 2024 and enable member units to understand the development of international standardization and help enterprises explore overseas markets, the Tianjin Robot Industry Association, in conjunction with the Tianjin Electromechanical Standards Committee, held the "Tianjin Robot Enterprises' Guide to Going Global 2.0 event and the 2024 World Standards Day lecture ". This event was held at the star enterprise of the association, APAS (Tianjin) Industrial Assembly Technology Co., Ltd. The conference attracted the participation of many robot enterprises and injected new vitality into the international development of Tianjin's robot industry.

At the beginning of the event, the representative of the Tianjin Robot Industry Association spoke, emphasizing the important significance of the event and the expectations for robot enterprises to go global. In July this year, the association held the first session of the "Guide to Going Global" event, which was widely recognized. At the last meeting, we launched the recruitment for the Tianjin exhibition group at the Hanover Messe 2025 At this second session, the Tianjin exhibition group has been formed, with a total of 5 outstanding member enterprises participating. They will showcase the strength of Tianjin manufacturing enterprises in overseas markets next year.

During the keynote speech session, the wonderful sharing by each guest brought rich knowledge and practical experience to the participating enterprises. President Zhao Qing of Beijing Mason Information Consulting brought "Practical Sharing on Overseas Investment by Chinese Enterprises", detailing the key points and precautions in the process of overseas investment and providing valuable references for enterprises' overseas investment decisions. The speech "International Standardization and Robot Testing" by Wang Jianzhang, the secretary-general of the Tianjin Electromechanical Standards Committee, enabled enterprises to have a clearer understanding of international standards and testing requirements, helping enterprises to improve product quality and meet the needs of overseas markets. Yu Da, the Tianjin regional manager of Alibaba, explained "How to Obtain High-Quality promotion on Alibaba International Station", providing new ideas and methods for enterprises in network marketing and helping enterprises better utilize e-commerce platforms to expand overseas markets. Wan Jilong, the person in charge of the overseas project of Yonyou Xinfushe, introduced "Introduction to Human Resources Services for Chinese Enterprises Going Global", focusing on the human resources management issues in the process of enterprises going global and providing guidance for enterprises to rationally allocate human resources.

After the speeches, the participants visited APAS (Tianjin) Industrial Assembly Technology Co., Ltd. together. During the visit, the enterprise representatives showed a strong interest in APAS's products and efficient production mode and said that they had gained a lot from this visit and it provided a reference for the development of their own enterprises.

Through this event, the awareness of Tianjin's robot enterprises about the international market has been further enhanced, they have a deeper understanding of the access rules and standards of overseas markets, and at the same time, they have obtained opportunities for overseas market expansion and docking services. The event also helps to expand the size of the Tianjin exhibition group at the Hanover Fair and enhance the international influence of Tianjin's robot industry.

The event organizer said that it will continue to hold such events to build more platforms for communication and cooperation for robot enterprises and promote the continuous development of Tianjin's robot industry. The 2024 World Standards Day Lecture and Exchange Meeting

The robot industry in Tianjin has developed rapidly and has formed a relatively complete industrial chain, with many outstanding robot enterprises. Since the beginning of 2023, enterprises within the association have gradually begun to explore overseas markets and participate in overseas exhibitions, achieving very good market responses. In July 2024, the association held the first phase of the overseas expansion guide activity, which was widely recognized.
