The 3rd General Meeting of Tianjin Robot Industry Association was Successfully Held

On July 31, 2024, the 3rd General Meeting of Tianjin Robot Industry Association was held in Xinzhi Perception Industrial Park. A total of 112 people attended the meeting, including leaders from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Equipment Bureau of the Bonded Area, as well as representatives of member units. 

Wang Zhuo, deputy director of the Equipment Department of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Luan Mingyue, a section chief of the Equipment Bureau of the Bonded Area, Gao Song, general manager of Tianjin SIASUN Robot and president of the association, and Zhao Lianyu, secretary-general of the association, attended this general meeting.

The meeting also invited Wang Shuaiyu, general manager of Tianjin Xinzhi Perception Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Anfeng, senior deputy general manager of Shanghai NDI Digital Technology Co., Ltd., etc. Secretary-general Zhao Lianyu made a 2023 work summary on behalf of the secretariat. 

In 2023, the association did a lot of work in serving member units, enterprise capacity improvement training, exhibitions and conferences, enterprise publicity, government-enterprise interaction, and industrial chain docking, etc., and was recognized by the industry. It was rated as a AAA-level social organization in Tianjin and won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Robot World Cup Tianjin International Invitational Tournament, etc.

During the same period of the meeting, the 4th Council Meeting of Tianjin Robot Industry Association was held, and four resolutions were passed. In the subsequent general meeting session, President Gao Song read out the council resolutions and submitted them to the general meeting for review. President Gao thanked the member units for their support of the association's work in the past 9 years and said that in the future, the association will enhance its service capabilities from aspects such as helping enterprises expand overseas and enriching the ways of member activities, to promote the communication between enterprises and the government and among enterprises, hoping to hand in a more perfect report card at the next general meeting.

Next, Sun Xiangzheng, the newly promoted deputy secretary-general of the association, introduced the situation of the addition of member enterprises. 14 enterprises such as Xinzhi Perception, Feite, Tianxia Yun Technology, and JAKA Robot joined the association family. Wang Zhuo, deputy director of the Equipment Department of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, President Gao Song, and Secretary-general Zhao Lianyu presented plaques to the new members.

In the report session, Wang Shuaiyu, general manager of Xinzhi Perception, the host of this event, made a report titled "Adhering to the 'Sense-Recognize-Act' Intelligent Integration Concept and Promoting the Development of Service Robots in an Ecological Way", introducing a series of layouts and reserves made by Xinzhi Perception at the robot perception level; Liu Anfeng, senior deputy general manager of NDI Digital, brought a report titled "NDI Digital Integrated R&D Solutions" for everyone, introducing the development history and cases of NDI Digital in domestic design software.

After the meeting, everyone visited the Xinzhi Perception exhibition hall and testing center. The center has an EMC anechoic chamber, an OTA anechoic chamber, etc. The testing capabilities not only provide professional testing services for the company's own products but also are open to all ecological partners, providing one-stop testing services. 

In the new year, opportunities and challenges coexist. The association will continue to play a bridging and linking role and provide more high-quality services for member units. We will continue to work hard from aspects such as building an innovation platform, deepening industry-university-research cooperation, expanding market space, strengthening industry exchanges, and strengthening international cooperation, and work hand in hand to jointly create a more beautiful future for the Tianjin robot industry!
